the hotel was easy to reach from public transport. i found snacks available in the lobby, helpful! the front desk staff were very nice and helpful, especially when i needed directions.

the room was small for moving around easily, i would have liked a little more space to unpack.

dirty floormissing hand towel

The room floor was not clean I noticed sticky spots in several places. A sofa bed had been booked but instead I found a folding bed setup. No hand towel was provided for drying hands in the bathroom
