convenient location comfortable accommodation on-site food

The location proved convenient with nearby transport links. The room offered comfortable accommodation. Food and drink options were available on site (a definite plus).

practical stay, great location

easy access helpful staff available snacks

the hotel was easy to reach from public transport. i found snacks available in the lobby, helpful! the front desk staff were very nice and helpful, especially when i needed directions.

the room was small for moving around easily, i would have liked a little more space to unpack.

The rooms had air conditioning, essential! the room was clean. It was well arranged with new furniture. the bathroom was also new and clean, everything worked well.

The location was super. there was a supermarket close by and easy access to public transport. the hotel is near a tram stop. It provides good connections to the city.

dirty floor missing hand towel

The room floor was not clean I noticed sticky spots in several places. A sofa bed had been booked but instead I found a folding bed setup. No hand towel was provided for drying hands in the bathroom
